"Logistic" resource can be produced on both planets
Is there a good solution to choose in the case:

P1 produce 10x R1
P1 produce 8xLOG
P2 produces 5x R2
P1 produce 8xLOG

Total logistic=18, total resources than can be moved between them=15, but P1 cannot move resources itself

solution: Planet can only flow out with its own logistic resources. But Logistic is a resource so it can be moved to another planet. So P1 can produce LOG to be exported to P2 so P2 can export its own production.
